LPL fitters worked on Kings Cross W Zone project and completed the installation of all apartment kitchens along with appliance installation and all amenity area kitchens.
Their work was very impressive along with their can do attitude and helpful approach to any issues we encountered along the way. This included detailed snag lists prior to install which highlighted areas which really they didn't need to. The workmanship and quality of install was excellent. There promptness to resolve any of the issues encountered during the construction phases was helpful and the very few snag items were closed out immediately.
Supervision throughout the job was well managed and helpful which made LPL fitters a joy to work with during this project.
Midgard will definitely be happy to work with them again and couldn't recommend their work enough.

Across the project, LPL have been extremely accommodating and helpful to hit programmed dates but also overcome issues that have arisen during the build. Personally, it would be a welcomed addition to a project if LPL were to be employed to carry out works.

The different sub-contractors we are using on the whole have been very helpful and accommodating. The standout has to be Leon and his team. They have been a revelation as far as fitting and the organisation they have put into this project. Having a supervisor on site to oversee the installation process and assisting in checking the apartments ahead of us (plus all the other things they do!) has been a real benefit to me. I have not had one issue with the quality of installation from LPL.

It is with great pleasure to inform you that E03 Canada Gardens has been completed and handed over to Quintain by SISK on Tuesday 1st September.
The installation of the kitchens in the 743 apartments have been signed off with zero snags for us which is a wonderful achievement.

Leon Leondiou ( LPL Fitters) have worked with me since around 2004 via my involvements with Symphony and other Kitchen Companies. During this time Leon has carried out kitchen installations to the highest levels and quality of installations but also during the progression of time and the ever-changing need to evolve and improve, Leon has been at the foremost of these.
One of the main but many reasons why I count Leon and his team as very important members of my fit team is their ability to constantly deliver service and maintain strong relationships with clients and their ever-differing needs. Leon’s abilities to manage, control, monitor and supervise his team is second to none and his ability to integrate preceding and follow on trades so that he manages work that require improving and completing to a very high degree.
Leon and his team consistently pass Fit and Quality Audits as one would expect from him and his teams willingness to deliver excellence and also their ability to increase work forces to adapt to the ever changing build programmes is highly impressive.
